SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship 11x14’ or smaller unframed artworks in rigid flat envelopes.  Up to this size, multiple works can be shipped together at no extra shipping cost. Unframed artworks that are above those measurements are shipped in rigid cardboard tubes and individually only.

All framed artworks are packed in flat boxes, one per shipping. As soon as we ship out your order, we send you details and information via email. Domestic orders take in average 2-3 weeks to be delivered. International orders arrival times vary per destination, due to customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that sales tax applies only to orders made and shipped within New York State.

The percentage is added to your total at checkout.

Shipping Unframed Artworks (International)

For international orders artworks are estimated to be delivered within 3-4 weeks of your order. Actual arrival timing varies due to customs requirements within each receiving country.

*Shipping categories apply to all the artworks in which neither of the 2 dimensions is larger than the listed maximum size for that category.

 

Return Policy

 

In case you are not satisfied with the artwork you receive, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that we can only refund the cost of the print; therefore, shipping, handling, and tax (if applicable) will not be reimbursed. In the case of exchanges, you can only select another work of similar price. Shipping and handling need to be charged again in that case also.

 

If you happen to receive a damaged print or broken frame, we will be happy to refund, exchange, or replace your work. Please get in touch as soon as possible and let us know of the problem and for us to find the solution.
